Biographical profile
Born in Milan in 1982. Graduated with honours in Computer Engineering (Bachelor's 2004, Master's 2006) from Politecnico di Milano. European Ph.D. cum laude in Information Engineering (2010) under the supervision of Prof. Donatella Sciuto.
From 2007 to 2013 post-doc researcher at EPFL in Lausanne, collaborating with the LSI laboratory of Prof. Giovanni De Micheli and the ESL laboratory of Prof. David Atienza. From 2018 to 2021 fixed-term researcher (RTDA) at Politecnico di Milano.

In 2014 he founded KNOBS srl, one of the first Italian companies specialising in blockchain technology, serving as CEO until November 2025. Since 2018 he has been a researcher at the Blockchain & Web3 Observatory of Politecnico di Milano.
In 2020 he co-founded BCode srl, a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano specialising in notarisation and NFT management via API. Since 2025 he has been Head of Innovation at the Web3 Hub of Politecnico di Milano and Blockchain & Web3 Advisor and Tokenized Financial Products Strategist at Traent srl.
